Within 2020 – 2031, Grup Exar will push ahead with its strategy to develop the following businesses, principally in EPC in the sectors of Oil & Gas and Energy, Manufacturing Plant Operations Management and Technology across GCC and Southeast Asia.
As part of Business Engineering, Grup Exar aims to acquire key businesses from international markets to further broaden its business model’s footprint. In Concessions, development will be principally focused on EPC in the infrastructural development in both industrial sector and commercial sector as the Group continues to diversify its concession portfolio and extend its maturity.

Our story begun in 2005. As infrastructure plays a key role, we started our Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) division.
In 2005, we entered the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector. We serve the Oil and Gas industry, working with ADNOC, PDO, ARAMCO and other leading EPCM companies across the region. We also operate in the Power and Energy sector. Our EPC services are delivered across Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Riyadh, Al Khobar, Doha and Kuwait City.

In 2020, we entered in to chemical manufacturing sector for in oilfield functions, specializing in Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and wastewater treatment. Our tailored approach optimizes operations for leading oil and gas firms across diverse regions. We serves ADNOC, PDO, ARAMCO, etc. and with leading EPCM companies in the region.
In 2022, we entered in to Manufacturing Plant Operations Management of steel, cable and chemicals. Our mission to become the “Supplier of Choice” in the manufacturing industry of Middle East.
